SBH is a job matching platform where an employer's job listing is matched with the best suited candidate based solely on their skill set and industry experience. We aim to deliver the widest talent pool from both passive and active job seekers. The platform is simple, objective, and efficient, and in the best interest of both parties. We bring an innovative and streamlined approach to the job market with our platform to tackle the existing gaps and challenges.
The Problem
Current solutions are not aligned with the interests of Employers and Job Seekers. Current solutions seek to maximize "clicks" or traffic, regardless of relevance for the parties involved. This leads to irrelevant candidates and job suggestions, wasting precious time for hiring managers and job seekers.
